How an order is agreed
The form is an enquiry, not a purchase or obligation to pay. Before a contract, we agree in writing on composition, materials, personalisation, the total euro price including applicable taxes and delivery, timing, payment and withdrawal terms. A contract is concluded when both parties expressly agree to these terms; confirmation and terms are provided by email or another retainable message. Calculator prices are estimates.
Payment
The payment method and any deposit are agreed in writing before the order is confirmed. There is no online payment on this website.
Delivery and collection
Collection in Vilnius. Delivery availability, cost and timing are agreed in writing before order confirmation.
Production
The production deadline is agreed before order confirmation, depending on complexity and availability.
Withdrawal and returns
Ordinary goods bought at a distance generally carry a right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt. The exception for goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised applies only when genuinely applicable and disclosed before contracting. Handmade alone does not remove return rights. To withdraw, email the owner an unambiguous statement with your name, order number, item, order and receipt dates. Use the seller address above for returns unless another is agreed in writing. The buyer pays direct return costs if informed before contracting. Payment including standard initial delivery is refunded within the statutory period; reimbursement may be withheld pending the goods or evidence of return. Rights concerning defective goods remain intact.
Quality and complaints
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including statutory liability for non-conforming goods. Email complaints to the owner; a reasoned response is provided within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to VVTAT through VTIS or to a court.
Care and safety
Keep satin flowers away from moisture, open flames and prolonged direct sunlight. The arrangement is not a toy; keep small parts out of reach of children.
